HB 1107 by Rep. Kevin West (R-Moore) House Bill 1107 relates to baibondsmen and requires bondsmen keep certain computerized records for unrestricted use of law enforcement.

HB 1373 by Rep. Zack Taylor (R-Seminole) House Bill 1373 requires all state licensing agencies to list criminal history which would disqualify an applicant from licensure, removing all language referring to “good moral character.”

HB 2310 by Rep. Avery Frix (R-Muskogee) House Bill 2310 relates to criminal procedure and sentencing by directing judges to provide certain sentencing instructions to juries and provides for a procedure for a sentencing hearing and related investigations upon request of sentencing by the judge.

SB 252 by Sen. Roger Thompson (R-Okemah) Senate Bill 252 provides relative to bail and conditional release from detention facilities for certain individuals and for conditional release during the pretrial phase for non-violent felonies and misdemeanors.
